Custom Offering	Matrix Solutions Corporation has an offering which can provide you or your company with your own CUSTOM Internet Home Page and Web Pages, so that you may have a PRESENCE on the Internet World Wide Web. The CUSTOM offering is a build-to-order and specific configuration, made to the design requirements of you or your company. This would provide you the following features: Internet Home Page and linked home pages, as specified; Your own URL (uniform resource locator) address on the Internet; Graphic clip art, logo graphics, pictures, or photos, as specified; Free linkage to, and inclusion in, the YAHOO Internet Directory; All Matrix Solutions standard links included, if requested; Length of time (presence) on the web specified in the design document; Monthly maintenance fees, as specified in the design document; and Service and support, as specified in the design document.
Terms and Conditions	A Design Document must be created for every custom contract; The Design Document is the "blueprint" specifications and examples of the requirements that would be given to Matrix Solutions. It will be the basis for the agreed-upon contract. It is required of all custom contracts as a PROPOSAL. There is a fee of $200.00 US Dollars, payable at the time of the submission of the design document by Matrix to the customer, and the fee is non-refundable. If the customer agrees with the design document, after any further amendments are made, then the contract would be signed, referring to the specifications, schedule, and commitments specified in the Design Document. An amount of $200.00 US Dollars credit would then be applied for the customer, once the Design Document and contract have been agreed to. Since each custom project will be specific, individual, and unique, then the content of the Web pages, programming to be done, or schedule of the project, etc., would be clearly mentioned in the Design Document, and cannot be predetermined.
